How the compassion level goes down?
Compassion is like the position of a boy climbing stairs to reach the upper end in an escalator that’s moving downward. If he stops, that escalator takes him down. Likewise, the compassion level continues to fall. Here the escalator is symbolizing the life and that boy is you.

Let your inner screams be voiced out, no need to pent them up. Restricting those screams up to oneself could be terrible. This lets the stress to intrude your self-development goals. Give yourself at least one reason to feel proud on a daily basis. Make yourself visualize your plus points.
